Shipping policy
All shipping methods follow the shipping carrier and service policies and shipment windows. If an item is needed quickly, we recommend upgrading your shipping to a guaranteed shipping method. Fox Trot is not responsible for lost, missing or damaged items. We will assist you with filing a claim with the shipping carrier, however if you have not purchased shipping insurance through us then the carrier's determinations and claims process will be the final authority on claims. To file a claim, photos of the damaged item are usually required.
