Return Policy

Returns

You may return eligible items for up to 30 days after purchase for store credit only. 

  • If item was purchased on-line, tracking and delivery information from the shipping carrier shall be the only acceptable method of determining the delivery date. Your return must be postmarked on or before this date to be eligible for store credit.
  • If item was purchased in-store, receipt or proof of purchase is required.
  • If purchased on-line and returning in-store, proof of purchase as well as proof of receipt (tracking #) is required.

 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in NEW, UN-USED condition, with all tags still attached. Items must also be free of stains & odors. If item came with packaging such as a box, bag, hang-tag that is necessary for merchandising the product as "new", those items much be included and in good condition with the return.

 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.

If you are approved, then store credit  will be processed, and customer will receive a digital gift card within 7 days.

  • Bathing Suites
  • Lingerie
  • Gift cards
There are certain situations where only partial refunds or late returns are granted and are up to the discretion of the Store Owner.

Sale items

  • Any item discounted 40% or more, off original price is not eligible for refund or store credit.  All sales are final.
  • If item is discounted at 10-39% off original price only store credit will be applied.

 

Exchanges

Many of our products are only available to us in limited quantities.  If the item is still available, even exchanges will be available on all eligible items. If the item is no longer available, store credit or refund will be issued on eligible items only.

Regular priced items that are returned for exchange will require customer to pay return shipping and Fox Trot will pay to re-ship the replacement item. Sale items may be exchanged for an identical item provided return and replacement item shipping are paid by the customer.

 

Gifts

  • If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a digital gift card will be mailed to you.
  • If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, refunds or credits can only be applied to the original purchaser.

Customer will be responsible for paying shipping costs incurred returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you receive a refund, the original cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund even if you did not pay for shipping (ie free shipping).

 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

 

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
